The Farm Bridge (formerly Farm to Table Co-packers) is the Hudson Valley's single most significant link between regional farmers and the diversified consumers that wish to support them.
The Farm Bridge offers its expertise and full food production services to local farms, but also to local food entrepreneurs and to companies that need help expanding their markets.
As food entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the challenges of getting your product to market and expanding sales.
WHAT WE SELL
The Farm Bridge works with over 50 regional farms and offers top quality farm-identified frozen, IQF and shelf-stable produce in bulk cases for institutions in the Northeast and retail packs for delivery services and CSA’s.
We can help you create a specific Local Food Program that not only delivers great local food, but can offer farm field trips, educational seminars, on-site visits and a host of options to inspire your school or organization. Located 1 1/2 hours from the George Washington Bridge and 5 minutes from exit 19 off the NYS Thruway,
The Farm Bridge has a 30,000 sq ft kitchen.
We have a dedicated processing lines for sauces, pickles, IQF, roasting and hand made products.
The facility has three loading docks and 8,000 sq ft of storage space for refrigerated, frozen and dry goods.
